- Lessor The Proponent should be a lessor of the property he may be an individual or a body corporate registered under the relevant law of the land
- Lessee The Lesee should be a reputed organization preferably a joint stock company whose shares are quoted in recognized stock exchange . The lessee should be acceptable to the Bank
- Minimum 2 guarantors of good means acceptable to the Bank
- Maximum to the extent of 5 years of rent receivables

- Equitable mortgage of House/Flat/Business Premise let out by the proponent on Leave & License
- Assignment of Lease rentals in favour of the Bank
- Interest calculated on daily reducing balance
- No prepayment/commitment charge levied unless the liability is taken over by another financial institution.
