(Finance Against Rent Receivable)

 

Purpose

  • Working Capital Finance 

  • Purchase or repairs of  business/residential premises

  • Educational, Marriage , Medical Expense 

  • For Investment ( other than speculative purposes) etc

Eligibility

  • Lessor  The Proponent should be a lessor of the property he may be an individual or a body corporate registered under the relevant  law of the land
  • Lessee The Lesee should be a reputed organization preferably a joint stock company whose shares are quoted in recognized  stock exchange . The lessee should be acceptable to the Bank 

 
Guarantors: 

  • Minimum 2 guarantors of  good means acceptable to the Bank

Loan Amount

  • Maximum to the extent of 5  years of  rent receivables

Security  

        Main :

  • Equitable mortgage of House/Flat/Business Premise   let out by the proponent on Leave & License

  • Assignment of Lease rentals in favour of the Bank 

  
Type Of Facility

  • Term Loan

Rate of Interest   

  • 16% p.a.

Special Features 

  • Interest calculated on daily reducing balance   

  • No prepayment/commitment charge levied unless the liability is taken over by another financial institution.
